The space Driftless Chalet is a 1.5 story, custom-built log A-frame cabin in the woods. Take in the sights and sounds of nature from every corner of the house. Featuring dramatic vaulted ceilings and tranquil forest views, this is the place for couples, friends and families to unwind while being close to all the action. For insurance reasons, the indoor wood burning stove is off limits to guests. If booking in winter (December- March), please be aware that while we contract with a snow plow service for the driveway, we are unable to control their schedule, and plowing times will vary. Please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped in the event of heavy snowfall, as access may be an issue for smaller vehicles. Since we are surrounded by woods, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited both inside the cabin and in all outdoor areas.
