Guest have access to the washer and dryer, backyard and patio, bbq, and front patio and seating area. There is a 2nd-floor apartment that is rented separately with a significant sound barrier between the two units. It’s rare that either unit hears much at all. We live in the neighborhood and will respond promptly via Airbnb message app, and can typically pop over at a moments notice. We have an AWESOME neighborhood! Between Wurster Park (a hilltop park with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets), the quaint neighborhood coffee shop and brunch spot, and the iconic ice cream spot - Washtenaw Dairy - this location has a ton to offer! You can drive up, park, and plan to walk, bike, or scooter to most things you need for the duration of your visit! Of course you might need to go a little further depending on the reason trip. But it's entirely possible that you won't need your car much after arrival. Uber/Lyft rides from the house to downtown/campus are typically $5 to $10 and the airport is less than $45 depending on the time of day.
