Wright House Retreat

The Wright House is an ideal retreat for couples, families and small groups who take as much pleasure from nature’s beauty as they do from artful design and architecture. Centrally located to state parks and outdoor adventuring as well as fine dining and boutique shopping, it’s the perfect place to reflect, reset and reconnect with loved ones all in a stunning home offering gorgeous views of the Rabun Gap valley. We welcome all well seasoned guests over the age of 25. The space Designed in the Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie style, this idyllic home rests atop seven rolling acres alongside the Little Tennessee River. At 2,500 square feet, it features vaulted ceilings, a double-sided stone fireplace, valence lighting, clerestory and floor to ceiling windows and decking that run the length of the home. Decorated with a blend of mid-century modern and traditional influences, the architecture and decor merge the warmth of indoors with unobstructed views of the valley and comfortably sleeps 6 guests, (and small pets on a case-by-case basis.) Guest access Guests have access to the entire house minus the basement and garage. Other things to note • The WiFi provider is Truvista and delivers 100mbps throughout the entire house. • We have a smart TV in the living room. • There is no garbage service but two 50 gallon bins are located adjacent to the house. Excess trash or recycling can be taken to the Rabun County Recycling Center is a short 5 miles away, (144 Kelly's Creek Rd). • The house is on a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
