Making it perfect for surfers and beach lovers alike. The condo is fully furnished with all appliances and utensils and a washer and dryer. Have your morning coffee on a large patio after a morning surf session, or walk on the beach. If you are lucky enough to visit during a full moon - grab your "sundowner" and watch the ocean- Wow! There are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet as well as a Pack 'n play crib. Beach towels are also available. Small gym and Pickle ball court - bring your paddles Las Olas is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, and many activities! You can rent surfboards or get surf lessons on the beach right in front of the condo. The famous Surf Shop Costa Azul is right across the street. There is a restaurant a few steps down the beach as well as other restaurants that are walking distance across the street. A huge supermarket where you can get all of your groceries is only a 5-minute drive away. Historic downtown San Jose with all of its shops, restaurants, and bars is only a 10-minute drive and Cabo San Lucas is 17 miles away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. No Pets Allowed! PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend that guests get trip insurance. We do not give refunds for weather-related cancellations or illness/injury cancellations unless they fall within the cancellation timelines. Trip insurance is available via many providers for little money. Guest access The gate to the beach access will be chain locked at 11pm each night.
