Our intention is to provide an easy getaway that can be booked at a moments notice with consistently affordable rates all year-round for a maximum party of two. This is a one of a kind offering in Manzanita where there are hundreds of rentals that cater to large families and their many pets. Who wants to stay in a 3 or 4 bedroom house when there are just 2 of you? We created this space especially for you. Lover's Bungalow is PET FREE, spotless and CAREFULLY MAINTAINED BY THE OWNERS. Cleaning products used are as natural as possible; perfume free/non-toxic products. Amenities include a smart 42" TV with NETFLIX provided, surround-sound Wifi sound bar to connect your MP3, phone, or computer, furnished kitchen, electric fireplace, quality bedding & towels and many more touches to make your visit memorable and comfortable. The Bungalow has a private courtyard with seating. The dune path leading to Manzanita's famous seven-mile beach is only a half-block down the street. The local golf course "Manzanita Links" is just a block away. It is just a short half-mile walk into town, by beach or walking path. Stroll down to amazing Nehalem Bay via the Nehalem Bay State Park walking/bike path where eagles and a variety of shore birds are often seen. Hiking trails are as close as a mile or two from the Manzanita 101 entrance. Bring your binoculars! There is so much to see on the North Oregon Coast: whale migration, shore birds, eagles, owls, hummingbirds and more. On clear nights the STARS are brilliant year round -- you can easily see the Milky Way, the constellations, and take in the moonlight... Manzanita is hands down the best coastal community on the North Oregon Coast. The "Lover's Bungalow" is a totally private studio apartment (UNIT B), that is located in the downstairs of our duplex home (Upstairs: Unit A , Downstairs: Unit B). Both duplex units within the home have separate entrances on opposite sides of the building. Between each Unit are TWO ten-inch insulated floors for soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful, quiet, private experience. Complete privacy is our goal, but we are generally present on the property in Unit A most days. If needed, we're available to ensure that you have what you need during your stay. Don't be shy about knocking on our door to say hi, to introduce yourselves, or to ask about restaurant/hiking /walking recommendations...or any other questions? Our street is located about a half mile from town, away from what little traffic we have here in Manzanita, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Most of the time, the only sound you'll hear is the ocean and the wind in the trees...pure serenity. Come stay at Seapeace for a weekend, a few days, or a week perhaps, and unwind...recover...sleep late...long walks...relax...soak in the tub...watch the sunset...a glass of wine...dine in or dine out... and rekindle that romance... Half-block to the beach! The sand and cool water between your toes... A half mile easy walking distance to everything in town!
