Spacious home in Escalante, Utah. Central to various hikes in Grand Staircase monument, Bryce Canyon and other nearby National Parks. We also encourage you to check out the less well known hikes in areas of Boulder that are a short drive- the adventures are endless! Great views to enjoy from the four patios in the evening in this quiet neighborhood. The space We just completed remodeling this pioneer home with brand new paint and flooring throughout! It is a home that has been in our family for 6 generations since it was built in 1905. We love to hike the nearby trails and appreciate your stay as the funds are going to restoring the home and to keeping it family owned. We have also recently purchased a brand new game table for guests to enjoy while in the home with Foosball, pool and air hockey! Lots of other board games and movies come ready. We hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access Entire Home and patio areas are accessible. Lots of parking available on property free of charge. Other things to note Please let us know if you are bringing a pet before check in. Pets are welcomed but there is an additional one time $50 pet fee (per pet) that our cleaning company charges, which will be requested separately through Airbnb. We recently install central heating and air conditioning and we do have a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that there is no dishwasher or water line to the refrigerator, so the fridge does not have an ice maker. We do have a propane grill on the patio off of the kitchen.
