This place is strategically located: Close to Barrio Italia, known for its bohemian life and designer stores; close to tourist attractions in the capital such as museums and heritage neighborhoods. You will be located 2 blocks from a metro station and surrounded by services such as banks, supermarkets, bus stops and health services such as hospitals and clinics, as well as open markets so you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, you will enjoy a room for remote work The space Welcome to my home. During your stay you can enjoy the view of the Andes Mountains from all the windows of the apartment. If you work remotely or are a digital nomad (like me), you will have a special space to work, so you can enjoy the other areas of the home to relax. You'll be near the elevator and emergency staircase. Access to the building is protected 24/7 as we have shift concierges, who control access. Also, if you want to enjoy the sunset, you can go up to the rooftop for a moment or from the terrace while you wait for your laundry located on the 24th floor. The space is designed to be inhabited by a person or a couple without children or pets, which I leave available so that others can enjoy life in Santiago in a pleasant and safe environment while I am out of town. You will live with my plants, so I will need your help with their watering, but they do not require more care than weekly watering. I hope you enjoy your stay in my home. Guest access Building with 24/7 concierge. The building's common areas are available to everyone who lives in the building. For some, you have to make a reservation in advance, such as the pool in summer season, which is located on the rooftop of the building. You can also access the rooftop to use the BBQ area or watch the sunset. You should always notify the concierge that you want to access these spaces, they provide you with a key which must be returned at the end of your visit to that floor. We will also keep in touch in case you want to come up for guidance. On the 24th floor, where the laundry is located, you will have access to a terrace in case you want to spend your wait there. We have visitor parking (maximum 5 hours) but availability is variable and cannot be booked in advance.
