The space *Book for a week for additional discounts!* The cottage is located next to the tennis court and benefits from easy access to parking and open views from all windows, we also have an enclosed patio deck which provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet when al fresco dining. This furnished cottage has a flexible layout with 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) as well as a shower room/ toilet on the ground floor, along with 2 other bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom (with full bath and shower) upstairs. The split of bedrooms means the house works well for groups of friends, multiple families or a large multi-generational family sharing the same space. There is a spacious lounge/ diner and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. In the lounge there is a large screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. The patio deck accessed from the lounge is south facing allowing you to soak up the sun all day long there is a large patio table and chairs providing a great place for guests to relax and enjoy the cottage. Guest access Included in the price of your stay is unlimited access to the on-site facilities, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, gym, games room, sauna. There are Tennis courts and two areas equipped with play equipment for children. The on-site bar and restaurant also provides free Wi-Fi. Other things to note Unfortunately due to the lodge being located on a holiday park we are not allowed to rent our lodge to workers as part of the terms of the lease - we reserve the right to proactively cancel any bookings which are for groups of workers. The pet charge of £20 is per dog - please note that a maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated. Please provide details when booking. Please note that the AirBnB system will only charge a single pet fee - guests with 2 dogs will receive an alteration request with the additional £20 charge which they will need to accept. Bookings of more than 7 days will have a mandatory linen change fee of £65 (plus AirBnB fees) per week added to their booking - guests will receive an alteration request with the additional charge which they will need to accept.
