Our house is from 1928 and has 4 floors - the house is beautifully and soulfully decorated and with all the necessities. The house is large and spacious and is safely located in Odense C surrounded by the loveliest, sunny garden with hammock, fire pit and lots of cozy nooks as well as lovely raised terrace. 1, 2 km. meters to the train station and city center and super close to all kinds of shopping. 6 bedrooms, including two bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement, available for groups of more than 8 people. Guest access You have access to all four floors. However, there are two rooms in the basement that are rented out. This room has its own entrance and bathroom - so the tenant will not disturb you. The door between the basement and the ground floor will be locked. Only the tenant of the house itself has a key. If you are over 8 people, you get access to 1 bedroom in the basement and extra bathroom and if you are over 10 people, you get access to two bedrooms and extra bathroom in the basement. If there are more than 12, extra (good) sleeping places are arranged. Other things to note In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer, microwave and chest freezer. Garden cushions are located in the bicycle shed.
