Comfortable beds, fast wifi, Smart TV’s and a kitchen stocked with all the utensils and supplies, this is a comfortable option for a fully furnished rental. The space This duplex features covered parking, a private entrance with keypad lock. Inside you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with storage for clothes, closets and very comfy beds. The bathrooms are sparkling clean & stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The large open kitchen has tons of counter space & open cabinets to store your food. The laundry area has a full-size washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. The living room is extra cozy. Sit back and enjoy a show on the SmartTV with a built in Roku for streaming services(you will need to log in with your own credentials). A sliding glass door opens up to the fully fenced back yard. The master bedroom features a king size bed, an additional SmartTV, a walk in closet and private bathroom with a large shower/tub. Guest access Guest has private access to the entire unit. This includes carport, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dinning area, laundry room, living room and patio/yard area! Other things to note We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning. If we do not collect the refundable incidental fee, and your reservation is more than a month long(including alteration request), we will need to schedule mid stay cleans for an additional cost.
