The neighborhood is conveniently located less than 1 mile off of highway 730. It is mostly brand new homes with some still under construction. It is about a mile from downtown Umatilla. We may require a $300 fully refundable incidental fee to be paid prior to your arrival if you do not have at least three 5-Star reviews with Airbnb. After a confirmed reservation, I will send over a request for the fee, which will be held by Airbnb until you’ve checked out. It will be returned in full once the space has been observed to be left damage free and does not require excessive cleaning.
