The Haven by Heirloom Estates features a theater room with 5 leather reclining theater chairs, an infrared Sauna, massage chair, stand up tanning bed , a claw foot tub with anti inflammatory bath salts and complimentary facial, hand, eye and foot mask. We also have a workout area, washer/dryer combo and kitchenette. Professionally designed with attention to detail with Private access and NO occupancy on first floor. The space Welcome to The Haven by Heirloom Estates. At the Haven our heart is that our guest would leave feeling rejuvenated and at peace when returning to wherever they call home. We have provided a beautifully decorated space with access to many spa like amenities including massage chair, infrared sauna, claw foot tub, tanning bed and don’t forget the giant theater room including a workout area with biking and boxing available. We even have an adorable under the stairs playroom/snack shack For our tiny guests! Our desire is to provide a place of rest, relaxation and a memorable experience for everyone that stays in our home. We provide board games for all ages, a DVD player with dvds in the theater room and a smart T.V. With Netflix and Amazon prime in the guest room. Please enjoy a complimentary movie theater snack that is a Schweiger family favorite (Popcorn & M&M’s) from the snack shack as well as a grab and go complimentary breakfast( either fruit, cereal, oatmeal or bars) and cup of coffee in the mornings, a glass of wine or beer at night on us! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope you are able to leave just a little lighter then when you came.💕 Guest access Guest will get a private access code to their private entrance. Other things to note Along with our many spa like amenities we also offer a night cap, cooled in the fridge upon arrival! You will be provided with private access to a kitchenette that includes full size refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer combo as well as a grab and go complimentary breakfast! We comfortably fit two adults in the queen size private guest room but also have a full size pull out sofa bed with bedding stored in the chaise of the sofa, as well as a single convertible chair, if you need. The single bed fits perfectly in the snack shack to transform the adorable play area into a child’s mini dream room.
