Condo in Myrtle Beach

Our family getaway is located on the 11th floor within the Sand Dunes Resort, just north of the prestigious "Golden Mile" of Myrtle Beach. From our private balcony you will fall in love the amazing view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the coastline of the Myrtle Beach! The resort offers an indoor pool, hot tub, an outdoor pool with a lazy river, onsite restaurants, snack bar, private beach access, a fitness center, convenience store and free parking, with no resort fees! The space To ensure our home was guest ready we have freshly painted, purchased all new linens, added a kitchenette with bar stool seating, new dishes and stemware along with a full-sized fridge to keep your drinks extra cold on those hot summer days. The two queen sized beds makes our home perfect for small families looking to spend some quality time together and what's not to love about waking up to the glistening Atlantic Ocean or falling asleep to roll of ocean waves. The private balcony offers seating for three to enjoy the best view in town both day and night. For your convivence we have added lamps with USB ports, 4 beach towels, a small cooler and 2 beach chairs. Guest access Our guest will have access to all the resort has to offer with the exception of the water park( NOT pictured). There is an open Wi-Fi supplied by the resort and cable tv. Everything within the condo is for your use so please make yourself at home! Other things to note The reserving guest must be over 22 to book or have a 5 star rating on Airbnb. Unfortunately, the resort does not allow motorcycles. This is a smoke and vape free home. No pets allowed. There are no housekeeping services during your stay and items will not be restocked. The kitchenette does not offer a stovetop or oven. However, we do provide a hot plate and microwave.
