Description
Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount The space As you can see in the photos, the house is mainly furnished with old furniture and with a lot of love for detail. Guests appreciate the stove with a viewing window in the living room. In the bedrooms there are infrared panels with thermostat and in addition there are four oil radiators on wheels that can be used flexibly. In summer I use allergy blankets, in winter down blankets. The bed linen is made of cotton. Unfortunately, this is not ideal for severe allergy sufferers. Guests especially appreciate the large terrace, where a fire bowl / grill can also be used. Many guests appreciate the ping pong table. However, there are also other outdoor options. The view/sunset is beautiful and at night you can see the stars particularly beautifully (assuming a cloudless sky, of course) For some hikes you can start right by the house. For skiing, you have to take a certain journey, but in the meadow in front of the house you can toboggan very well in winter. Guest access You can use the whole house (except the basement, attic and a small room). No one lives there but you. Neither do I. Other things to note Please bring slippers because the wooden floors suffer a lot from street shoes.
