MARVELous Historic Home for Movie Lovers

Whether you love movies, board games, video games or are just looking for a comfortable place to rest, this place will suit all your needs. This entertainment themed home acts as a movie theater, saloon, or cozy place to lounge by a fire. Conveniently located by US 35 provides quick routes to downtown Dayton, WPAFB, UD and the airport. “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” The space Guests will enjoy the entire downstairs level of a residential home, which includes a bedroom, a private bathroom (with shower and tub) home theater, billiards room, bar and kitchen. The guest’s room comes equipped with a TV and Xbox One, loaded with popular streaming services. The home theater room is equipped with an Xbox Series X, PS4 and Nintendo Switch, as well as a wide array of Blu-ray's. The porch is furnished and a great place to lounge. The backyard has a privacy fence and fire pit. Guests are free to cook and may utilize all pots, pans, silverware and essentials found in fridge or cupboard. Additionally, the washer and dryer are available for use. You will love your stay 3000. Guest access All areas of the property are available to guests with the exception of the upstairs (where the owner and gf live) basement and garage. Any food unavailable to guest will be kept in a deep freezer in the back. There is a non functioning hot tub in the back yard that guests should avoid. (plans to fix in the future) During your stay I’m available for questions via phone, text or email. My room is on the second floor, so guests can feel free to knock. I am a social person, so if you have questions, want to socialize or even watch a movie, feel free to ask. I also understand the importance of privacy, so if you want no contact, there is a lock box on the porch and you will only see me in passing. Other things to note The neighborhood is all street parking. The house is on the corner of an intersection with a one way street, so there is usually plenty of parking available.
