Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 8 Guests) The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests based on the following setup: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed and a private full bathroom with shower (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 2: Full-size bed and a bunk bed with two twin-size mattresses (sleeps 4) • Living Room: Convertible full-size sofa bed (sleeps 2) Bathrooms • Master Bath: Full-size bathroom with shower • Second Bath: Full-size bathroom with tub Living & Common Areas The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. It’s the perfect setup for relaxing evenings, shared meals, or simply enjoying the peaceful lake setting. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. There is no dishwasher, so guests will need to hand wash dishes. We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags; guests can bring more if needed. The dining area offers plenty of space for family meals and gatherings. Outdoor Space Enjoy the fresh air and open skies from the outdoor seating area. Grill dinner on the charcoal grill, unwind with a drink, or take in the lake breeze. Lake & Natural Surroundings This is a lakehouse located near a natural body of water, so guests should be mindful of the typical elements that come with lake living - such as insects, wildlife, and fluctuating water conditions. Depending on lake water levels, the appearance and accessibility of the shoreline can vary. We keep the area around our pier trimmed and maintained, but please note we cannot control the entire lake bed or surrounding vegetation. Septic System Notice We are on a septic system, so do not flush paper towels, wipes, feminine products, or any personal items down the toilets. Only toilet paper should be flushed to prevent plumbing damage and system backups. Neighborhood & Noise Policy The lakehouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask all guests to keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. House Rules Summary • No parties or events. This home is intended for relaxation and quality time, not large gatherings. • No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette waste properly. • Pet Policy: Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome (50 lbs max each). Pets must be kenneled if left unattended, not bathed indoors, not allowed on furniture or beds, and no towels should be used with pets. Please clean up after them outside. Interaction with Guests We value your privacy but are always happy to help if you need us. We’re available anytime through the Airbnb app or by phone call to answer questions, provide assistance, or handle anything that comes up during your stay.
