Located just TWO minutes on foot from the nearest subway station (with elevator), you’ll be nestled in a quiet neighborhood with exciting locally-owned cafes, restaurants, shops, and markets close by. The reservation is for a private room with a private full-bathroom (right by your room) in a well-lit apartment. The room has a comfortable queen-sized bed, foldable table with chair, and closet/storage space. The living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen is shared with others living on the premise. There is also a laundry room available in the building. No visitors or pets are permitted without prior approval and cooking is limited to light cooking. No smoking of ANY KIND or illegal activities. If during your stay you are unsure of something, please just ask. We try our best to make our home a safe environment for our guests.
