ARRIVING: This home is in the historic Capitol Heights neighborhood. The GPS should bring you straight to 1623 Madison, and this listing is behind the house. Pull through the driveway on the left side of the home to the back of the property, where you'll see this listing is the loft above the garage. Proceed up the stairs on the left. The home is equipped with an electronic code on the front door. Whenever you leave the home, press the lockstate button again to lock the door. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE. DEPARTURE: Checkout is at 11 am. Your full checkout instructions are in your digital guidebook. TRASH: The property's bins are kept out by the road on Madison Avenue and are shared with the other units. Just drop your bags in — the bins stay where they are, so there's nothing to bring back. SLEEPING: There is a king bed in the bedroom. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I'll have more brought by for you. LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are in the bottom right door of the storage area underneath the apartment. The access code for that door is in your digital guidebook with your other check-in details. Please lock it back when you're finished. TV: This property has a Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Disney+, Netflix, and others. Simply scroll to the corresponding app, login with your credentials, and experience unlimited streaming movies and TV shows. HEATERS: This property is equipped with a gas heater in the living room. To turn on, push and turn the gas control knob on top of the unit to PILOT/IGN. Depress the knob again and hold for 5-10 seconds. While pushed in, press the ignitor until lit. Please note that turning off the unit completely will also cut off the pilot and it will need to be relit. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Early check-ins have to be manually approved. Our cleaning company arranges an additional cleaner so the home is ready at your requested time, which is what the $20 per hour covers. Message us and we'll check with them.
