This elegant accommodation is perfect for group travel, and we also rent to couples ($390.00 per night). The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people for 160.00 per night, per person! It has 1 ground floor bedroom, with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. A mezzanine with 2 double beds, and you can add more mattresses! It has a crystal clear river on the grounds! Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira! Easy access! The space The House Our house is a new construction, only 1 year old! Full of charm with a 16-water roof made of Metal Structure and clay tiles, lined with wood inside! We have a complete and spacious kitchen integrated into the living room with a fireplace that allows you to keep the environment very warm during the winter, we have an upper mezzanine where there are 2 double beds, a sofa bed, with space to place 2 more single mattresses, in addition to a TV with Internet access! In the bedroom, we have 1 double bed and two single beds in case of reservations with more people (remember that we accept a maximum of 10 people) The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, 220-volt electric shower, and gas heating, toilet and sink! In the outdoor area we have a lawn, pergola, swing, ping pong table, fire pit and barbecue area! We are building new spaces to provide an unforgettable stay, remembering that NO work is carried out during the stay, thus bringing the tranquility of being able to rest only to the sound of birds and the waterfalls of the river that passes at the bottom of the property, where the guest can enjoy the icy and crystalline waters that run there, with total privacy!
