The space Anchor Bend Bungalow is an updated 3-bedroom, open floorplan, lakefront cottage on Indian Lake. It's well equipped with modern amenities, a fully-stocked kitchen and additions like a gas grill, fire pit, covered slip and dock to top off your stay. Flatscreen tv with Roku is provided for you to log into your entertainment accounts. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables seat 6-8. Enjoy the padded window seats for your morning coffee with tea and roasted coffee provided for you, freshly roasted by Anchor Bend Coffee Roasters. Guest access The entire bungalow, yard, fire pit, grill and deck are available for you to enjoy. Other things to note Anchor Bend Bungalow has three cozy bedrooms and a pull-out sofabed in the living room. The king/master bedroom has a large opening to enjoy views of the lake, and a curtain is provided for privacy. The second queen bedroom is a loft bedroom open to the first floor and accessible by a ladder. Guests with difficulty navigating a ladder should use the first-floor bedrooms. No sitting or playing on the ropes in the loft, and children must be supervised at all times in the loft. If you want to sample all the hopping nightlife, you’re in for a treat: the bungalow is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Please note, however, that this means it can be noisy on evening weekends. Like most homes on Indian Lake, this bungalow has well water. Our water is filtered with a whole house 3 stage filtration system, softened, and safe to drink. We also provide a Britta water pitcher for guests who like to further filter their drinking water, though some guests prefer to bring their own bottled water. Being lakefront has its perks, which include all kinds of wildlife. This also includes insects. To keep them outside, please keep the front door and screen door closed as much as possible, only eat in the kitchen and dining rooms and put food away after meals. Parking is available for up to three compact vehicles in the driveway of Anchor Bend Bungalow. Parking is not allowed on the road, alley or any adjacent parking lots or driveways. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times given the waterfront nature of this bungalow. Use the grill, fire pit, dock and deck at your own risk and utilize the provided lifejackets. Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning and sanitation of all floors, counters, bathroom and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following upon check-out: empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards; wash any used dishes; and empty all trash.
