Ground floor: Living room and kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace. There is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a workspace in case you need to work on your vacation. All beds, mattresses, duvets and pillows are Coco-mat. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom in which the washing machine is located. Access to all the amenities of the apartment without having to worry about the stairs! First floor The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed and 1 with a single bunk bed and a sofa that turns into a double bed in seconds. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom! Separate access from the main entrance to the back of the house. Plus, access from both rooms to the best part of the house! A 9-square-meter balcony overlooking the island of Kastri, from which the area was named, the island of Kelyfos as well as the inner side of the first foot of Chalkidiki. On the balcony there is a coffee maker and everything you need for your coffee or tea as well as a wine cooler to enjoy your evening! All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets and electric blackout shutters. The living spaces The house has a central heating and cooling system with separate thermostats in each room. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and windows that fill the space with natural light. A place for everyone to relax together after a day at the beach!
