Stylish Luxury 7BR/3BA, Pool/Hot tub

Our newly remodeled home offers a luxurious stay for those travelers who do Vegas in style and class. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, EVENTS, , AND/OR SMOKING!!! 7 bedrooms with 9 beds offer shared sleeping for up to 14 guests. Our fully equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated family and living room offers everyone a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The backyard offers an oasis where you may soak up the sun, enjoy the pool and spa, and enjoy outdoor lounging and dining. The space You have full and exclusive access and use to the entire home. Please treat it as you would your own home. The backyard offers a great location to hang out but please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors and community. The home is located in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood; this is why we implement Quiet Hours between 9pm-9am which means no noise at all outside and keep any noise inside the home to a minimum between those hours. All cars must be parked in the garage all the time and/or behind the gate on the right side of the house. There is an extra charge per night of $50 to heat up the Hot tub during the traveler's trip. The additional charge for that must be paid BEFORE the trip upon host request through resolution center on Airbnb web side. If the traveler wants to heat up the pool, an extra charge per night will be $150 per day/night including the hot tub. Pool is very big. It must be two day minimum since it takes to run heater two days in advance to be able to get up to 80*. *Smoking in the house will result in a $500 charge of your deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE!!!** We allow to bring ONE PET. (ONLY DOGS!!!) Sorry - NO CATS!!! There is a 285$ pet fee will be involved. Pet must be included in your booking. Bringing pets without permission will result in a charge to your deposit for full pet fees for your stay (per pet policy rates) plus an additional $100 charge.** Guest access We want you to enjoy the home and your stay. This is why we are up front and clear about what’s not allowed. Again, there are no parties or events, smoking inside, pets, parking on driveways or street, and no noise at all outside between Quiet Hours. Any violations to these rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refunds. Guests are responsible to roll out garbage containers to the street on WEDNESDAYS at any time during the day or evening and bring back those garbage containers back to original spot on THURSDAYS afternoon after they will be emptied. Other things to note There is an extra charge per night of $50 to heat up Jacuzzi during the traveler's trip. The additional charge for that will apply through the resolution center on Airbnb web side by the end of the trip. If the traveler wants to heat up the pool, an extra charge per day/night will be $150 including the hot tub. Pool gets professionally cleaned, and its water chemical levels are maintained every Friday. If you see leaves, flowers, or even dirt, which is common due to the high winds in Vegas, don’t worry. You may use the pool leaf rake to remove it throughout your stay, but rest assured that the water quality is safe for swimming. *Smoking in the house will result in a $500 charge of your deposit.
