Gaia Penthouse is a fully furnished spacious home with breathtaking sea and country views licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. We offer a lovely home with a large front terrace overlooking the Xemxija Bay, equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Situated in a charming quiet area within walking distance from the sea and countryside including a Roman heritage site. The space Gaia Penthouse is a family friendly and fully equipped modern home away from home. The 130sqm layout comprises a large open living space with a front terrace over looking the most beautiful seascape of Saint Paul's Islands and Bugibba's coastline, 2 large private bedrooms one with an ensuite bathroom, a main bathroom and a back utility balcony. Bathrobes are included. The living area: - a large kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, hand blender, fridge freezer and a washing machine. Safety equipment - a fire blanket, a fire extinguisher, large first-aid kit and smoke alarm are present. - the dining area can accommodate 8 guests - a living area with a comfortable leather sofa, a smart 49” TV LED Ultra HD 4k, and an armchair with reading lamp - large front terrace with outdoor BBQ and dining facilities The sleeping areas: - an elegantly furnished master bedroom with wardrobe, double size bed (memory foam, treated and protected mattress and pillows), 2 bedside tables with dimmable light and a workspace desk overlooking the back countryside. - a second spacious bedroom equipped with a large wardrobe, double bed (orthopedic, treated and protected mattress and memory foam pillows), 2 bed side tables with dimmable light. Ensuite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. - the leather sofa can easily transform into a comfortable double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows. - 2 additional single beds fitted with memory foam, treated and protected mattress can be made available. The bathrooms: - main bathroom fitted with a full body tub and an overhead shower. - ensuite bathroom (mentioned above). - bath robes included Overall: Gaia Penthouse is licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. It has direct access from the street with an elevator. A cctv camera is installed in the landing outside the penthouse for extra security. It is equipped with 3 air conditioning units, 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the kitchen/living area, together with 2 portable fan units. Being a very bright and airy home, it is furnished with black out heavy curtains which can be opened or closed ensuring maximum comfort. Other things to note At Gaia Penthouse we strive towards guests' comfort whilst keep our environment in check. We operate a smart electricity prepaid meter but provide 20Kw of electricity per night complimentary. We also supply all the facilities for waste separation. The Penthouse is located in a residential area. All guests must respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
