(We mean u need to strong enough to throw the stone at least a kilometre! ) The apartment is hop skip and jump to all the party places, restaurants and Bars, yet away from the commotion. ✅ Living Area : The living area has an open plan and we offer an island seating which perfectly serves as a work station and a place to serve your meals too. The living area has an air conditioner. ✅ Balcony Area: The entire Apartment has a surrounding balcony, the rooms as well as the living area open to the huge balcony which overlooks the lush green grass and the pool. This Apartment is closest to the lush green fields. There is also clothes drying rack in the balcony. ✅ Kitchen: Our kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a microwave, RO water purifier, gas-piped stove, refrigerator, and washing machine. It is stocked with basic essentials, ideal for preparing light snacks such as Maggi, omelettes, tea, or coffee. ✅ Bedroom & Bathroom: Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom”. The bedroom has an air conditioner. ✅ Wifi Connectivity : We have installed a strong wifi connection which is easily accessible from any part of the apartment. ✅ Mobile Network: Unlike many locations, the apartment is receptive to all major connections (Jio, Vi, Airtel, BSNL) ✅ Power back-up: We provide a Single battery Inverter with a 3-hour power backup during electricity outages. This backup supports essential amenities such as WiFi, fans, and lights only to keep you comfortable. ✅ Safety & Security: There is 24x7 Security available at the complex. The entire outdoors and common spaces of the complex are covered by surveillance cameras. We have installed Video door phones for that extra security instead of normal door bells. Kindly be advised that we do not offer a cloak service within our residential complex. Please take note that no luggage will be stored or accepted before the official check-in time oe after the official check-out time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ✅ Housekeeping Details • Frequency: 6 days a week • Timings: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Please note, check-in apartments are given first priority for cleaning, as our team needs to ensure they are ready for arriving guests. 🧹 Daily Housekeeping Includes: • Sweeping & mopping of floors • Making the beds • Sweeping of balconies • Changing dustbin bags • Cleaning of bathrooms 🚫 Daily Housekeeping Excludes: Any service not mentioned in the inclusions list & Washing Utensils, Cutlery. 💰 Dishwashing / Cutlery Cleaning Charges Washing of dishes, cutlery, utensils, or any kitchenware is not part of the daily housekeeping service. If you would like the staff to assist with washing kitchen items, a fee per wash is payable directly to the housekeeping staff. One-Time Dishwashing Service: 1 BHK – ₹200 2 BHK – ₹250 3 BHK – ₹300 (Applicable per service request) ✅ Smoking: Is not allowed indoors, smoking is allowed in the balconies. Please kindly use the ash trays. ✅ Security Deposit: Before every check in, we collect a security deposit of Rs. 3000/- at the apartment. The security deposit is refundable in nature if no damages are caused to the property. Our apartments are run with a lot of love, care and vigilance. We request all our guest to take care and enjoy this apartment as their own. This would be truly be their, home away from home. ✅ Late Checkouts: Kindly check out by 10 am. Delays will result in the FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. Your cooperation is valued in maintaining accommodation quality. ✅ Late Check-Ins: Staff leaves at 6 pm. After this time, guests must self-check-in. Please book if comfortable with self-check-in post 6 pm. ✅ Swim Wear: Wear Appropriate Swimwear / Swimming Costume only to be worn in the Swimming Pool. No t-shirts and shorts, no cottonwear, no dri-fit gym wear and no lycra tights and tees. ✅ Outside Guest and Visitors are not allowed at the property. ✅ Linen Change Policy: We implement a linen change every 3 nights to support environmental conservation. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are appreciated for a more sustainable future. ✅ Chef on call: A chef on call can be arranged at an additional cost if you are craving some home cooked food. But the apartment is located next to all famous entries and your favourite meals can be swigged at your doorstep. ✅ Music: If Guests are carrying portable speakers please keep a note of the following: Music is allowed indoors in your apartment, kindly note, loud music cannot be played at the apartment, this is a local rule all through out Goa. Music can surely be played at the apartment but on a lower decibel. ✅ Illegal Activities: Illegal activities (Drugs/ Escort Services or engaging in activity against the law) are strictly prohibited. If any guest is involved in the above mention activities, the host reserves a right to call the local police and register a complain with them. This would also mean immediate suspension of the stay without any kind of refund.
