If waking to the beautiful sound of birdsong, peaceful countryside views, breathtaking sunsets and the romance of dark nights with myriad of stars sounds like the perfect escape to nourish your soul then our light, airy and spacious loft apartment, Paddock Wood View is for you. Relax and unwind with glimpses of wild rabbits in the garden, sheep and horses in neighbouring fields and even hear the occasional lion roaring at nearby Folly Farm. The space Paddock Wood View loft apartment is accessed via it’s own private external staircase affording superb views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. The accommodation is suitable for year round use, with double glazing and central heating throughout. A well equipped kitchen creates a real home from home, with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice box, microwave oven and a ceramic hob cooker. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a single day bed with trundle bed underneath suitable for a child. Alternatively, a travel cot can be provided on request (please bring your own cot linen). A flat screen smart TV provided with a HDMI cable and the WI-FI connection allow you to stay in touch with the outside world if desired. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the loft apartment and have the use of a balcony, a designated patio area and children’s play equipment. There is free parking available on site with the property having locked security gates overnight (a returnable fob will be provided). Other things to note The apartment's hot water and heating run off the system for the main house. There is a ready supply of hot water, and the radiators are thermostatically controlled. Please feel free to use the WI-FI, details available on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests pets and the property is a no smoking zone. Due to insurance restrictions we do not allow non paying guests/visitors to stay overnight but guests are welcome to have visitors during the day by prior arrangement.
