Welcome in my atypical apartment! Spacious, and full of character, this space blends industrial and retro with a cabinet of curiosities vibe. Two balconies offer different scenic views. Located in the Butte Montmartre district, you’re just 8 minutes from Abbesses, 15 minutes from Montmartre and 5 min from the closest metro (Guy Moquet or Lamarck). The area is lively but peaceful, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafés—a true Parisian experience! The space Located near Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12) & Guy Moquet (line 13) train station, 15 min from the Sacré Cœur & Montmartre, in a lively neighborhood with bars, restaurants & grocery stores. The apartment has a big living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a wide shower, separate toilets, 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Guest access Entire Place Other things to note A Few Things to Keep in Mind: 🌿 Lived-in Charm – When not booked, this is my home, shared with my cats and a jungle of plants (The cats aren't there during your stay). I’m a bit of a neat freak, but dust has a mind of its own—expect a cozy, lived-in feel rather than a sterile hotel vibe! 🧹 No Cleaning Fee – To keep costs fair, guests are expected to fully clean up after themselves before departure. ❌ Appliances Not for Use – The washing machine and dishwasher are not included in the list of appliances and should not be used. 🔧 Occasional Noise – The building may have some maintenance work now and then.
