The space Housed upon the second floor of a historic and luxurious picturesque apartment building along the Arno River, this exclusive two-level apartment is uniquely situated away from traffic, providing peacefulness in the heart of Florence. This charming apartment accommodates up to four people and is located a brief stroll away from Ponte Vecchio in a highly cherished neighborhood. Once you arrive on the second floor of this apartment building, a private overpass leads you to the entrance of this one-of-a-kind apartment. Upon entering the apartment, you are instantly greeted by a comfortably furnished dining area with a flat-screen cable/satellite television as well as a refined kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher. Around the corner from the kitchen, you will find a small separate space with the closet concealing a washing machine. Upon your journey up the innovative wooden stairs, you will first come across the master bedroom furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen television. Continuing your path down the hallway, you will discover the second bedroom with a cozy queen-size sofa bed. Conveniently, each bedroom has a separate entrance to the spacious ceramic tiled bathroom which features an open standing shower divided by floor to ceiling glass. This beautifully furnished apartment exhibits lovely white ceiling beams along with graceful details such as recessed walls and sliding doors. The flooring is wonderfully mixed with renovated parquet found on the first of the two-level apartment and classic terracotta maintained on the second. This apartment’s optimal position within a distinguished apartment building gives you the privilege of experiencing serenity while remaining within reach of all of your Florence destinations. Other things to note CITY TAX: 2.50€ per person per day, payable at the check in. CHECK IN: Check in is from 3pm to 7pm. We can arrange an earlier check in when it's possible (in any case never before 12am). LATE CHECK IN: Late check in is possible only on request (to be specified before completing the reservation), with the following extra fee: - from 7pm to 9pm: 10 Eur extra - from 9pm to 11pm: 20 Eur extra - after 11pm: 40 Eur extra.
