Located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood just a few minutes walk from all that Cloudcroft has to offer. Whether it's quick access to the local trailheads, the shops, restaurants or bars, our home is perfectly situated to enjoy it all. This cozy guest suite with private entrance has an open concept layout with private ensuite bathroom and slightly lofted sleeping area. Guests will have access to their private entrance with outdoor seating and their private suite. Property is located on a steep hillside so please enjoy the view but we do not recommend that you try climbing around it. Quiet residential neighborhood located just off the main drag. An easy 7 minute walk into our beautiful little village, 30 min down the mountain to Alamogordo with a variety of restaurants and shops to choose from and White Sands National Park is a mere 43 min away! Parking is available streetside for one vehicle only and it is a gravel road! We are a 420 friendly property but do ask that you smoke out on the deck and not inside. No tobacco products ever. 🌈
