The space Located in the picturesque village of Laverton, Brookside Lodge is set within 50 acres and offers a world of privacy and relaxation. Guests enter the property through secure electric gates into a large private courtyard with space for several cars and electric vehicle charging. To the right is the main house which is a former Victorian Hunting Lodge with a spectacular kitchen / diner with oven aga and french windows that open onto a beautiful patio with fountain pool. The house has 5 main bedrooms including a master suite, with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, 2 kingside bedrooms - one with a traditional 4 poster bed, a beautiful large double bedroom, and a smaller children’s room with bunk bed. There is also a large family wet room and downstairs another shower room. Downstairs you will find open fires, wood burning stoves, classic and modern artwork, a music / drawing room and a snug media room. The house sleeps 10 and the cottage sleeps 4- in the cottage you will have everything you need, ie- kitchen, living area and bathroom plus 2 bedrooms. Outside in the warmer months there is an abundance of flowers, fruit and wildlife. The heated swimming pool is situated within a walled garden and surrounded by a mature David Austen rose garden. The swimming pool house is great for changing, and preparing light lunches on the Cotswold stone bbq that can be enjoyed at the poolside which has a large family style table under the awning - perfect for lunches or poolside dinners. *Please note the pool is open in the Summer months (weather dependent) Guest access Guests can access the full property including walks across the estate, the pool and the gym Other things to note Your safety and enjoyment is our priority.
