Description
[Story] My family has been the owner of this house for eight generations. It is a house where a farming family originated in the Abukuma Highlands, which is not a particular tourist destination even in Fukushima Prefecture. The grandfather of the previous generation liked gardens, and it is a Japanese garden with a treasure ship, a crane turtle, a pagoda, and a dry landscape with pine trees. The house you will be staying in was built 40 years ago by the father of the 7th generation. It is a 265-square-meter, Japanese-style house built by a carpenter from Misakicho. On the premises, there is a detached house, a storehouse, a tobacco drying shed, and a home vegetable garden. From the fall of 2020, the owner, who loves to travel, wanted to accept people from overseas for the Tokyo Olympics. He was impressed by his experience staying at an overseas accommodation on Airbnb, and started accepting reservations only on Airbnb. Then the coronavirus crisis hit. We had no choice but to rent the entire house until 2021. From Spring 2022, it will change to a guest house style. The west side space is rented to the manager couple. In the future, we plan to convert part of the house into a shared house and renovate the barn and cottage, and we are thinking of meeting artists who are interested in renovation. This dormitory-type room is a space provided for meeting interesting and fun people. Country life and migration. Home vegetable garden, gardening and grass mowing experience, etc. Registration Details M070006779
