Simple cozy accommodation close to swimming and climbing.

Our house, by us, is peacefully secluded with a forest plot and a smaller lawn. It is cycling distance to Bohuslän's finest climbing cliffs such as Häller, Galgberget and Broberget. 2 km to swimming in Röe Sandvik or in Vrångebäck. 3 km to Ica in Brodalen and Bro Boulder. In the house, there is a bed for 4 people and in the guest house, there is a place for 2-3 people. There is also a travel bed available if you wish. Depending on the ages of the children, it is perfect for 2 families. The space The house is 35 sqm and consists of one bedroom with bunk bed, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen table, sofa corner and a sleeping loft with double bed. Toilet is available directly adjacent to the house, and is a separate toilet. (See under other information for more information on how it works). Adjacent to the patio deck is a newly built shed with a cozy outdoor shower with hot water. The guest house consists of a bunk bed where the lower bed is 120 cm and the upper bed is 90 cm. Large social areas on the terrace with a large dining table and sofa group. Wonderful evening sun until 9 pm in June/July. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the stairs or on benches built on the south-facing balcony. Please enjoy black currants and strawberries! Guest access All parts Other things to note The toilet is a Separett, which means that the urine ends up in a storage container under the house and feces in a barrel in the toilet. The barrel is easily replaced by putting on a lid and placing it in the woods to the left behind the compost. Take a new barrel and put in a green plastic bag. Green bag is on the shelf in the toilet. New barrel and lid are in the woodshed. Change of barrel is done on departure or 1 time/week. May sound complicated, but works very well. The urine container does not need to be emptied during a 1 week stay. Outdoor shower with hot water in a separate space Cleaning is done by the guest before checkout. Cleaning equipment is located in the closet in the small room. Remember to: - empty the fridge, - lower the heat if you turned it on - that the water taps are tightened - empty the trash and compost - Packaging taken to the recycling station in Brodalen at the gas station. - empty and turn off the dishwasher Pillows and duvets are provided.
