Temple Square, the Salt Palace Convention Center, and Vivint Smart Home Arena are blocks away with the Salt Lake International Airport just a 10 minute drive from our historic home. The space Built in 1868 and completely remodelled in the late 20th century, this home is older than the Salt Lake Capitol Building or the Salt Lake Temple! The home was originally built by John Alford, a British native, convert to Mormonism, and polygamist who migrated to Utah in 1865. This historic neighbourhood is home to some of the most iconic and unique homes in Utah. Guest access A lockbox is right next to the door, which makes for easy and efficient access to the apartment. The apartment comes with on street parking or for an additional fee of $20/day we offer covered off-street parking. Other things to note A family of long-term tenants lives directly above the studio; as such, please be aware that footsteps and other noises from children may be heard from above. The apartment does not include a television.
