Condo in Carrabassett Valley

This classic slope side Sugarloaf condo, in Snowbrook Village is ideal for access to a wide range of outdoor activities. A short walk to Snubber Chairlift gets you up the mountain. The Carrabassett Valley Mountain Trail Network offer activities including Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain & fat tire biking, and hiking on an extensive trail network, accessible year-round from our parking lot. New for 2025 lift access for summer mountain biking starting in July. TFSS four days of biking joy! The space The condo is on the building’s second floor. Upon entering, the first door on your left is your bedroom, with a queen bed and a bunk bed. Next up the hall are the washing machine/dryer and a full bathroom. The hallway opens into the kitchen/dining and cathedral-ceilinged living room. Step from the living room onto our deck, where nature’s calming peace and Beaver Brook’s flow over tumbled boulders surrounds you Guest access Guests have access to the main floor. Upstairs is the locked owners space. Guests also have access to the Condo Association pool and activity area, including hot tubs, games, and family room, just a short walk up the street. In summer, fly fish in our pond. Other things to note An easily reachable convenience store/gas station are by the bottom of the mountain’s access road, and several restaurants, eateries and a variety of stores are available both on-mountain and in surrounding communities. The many lakes in the area provide great vistas and water activities. Fall colors can be stunning. Since this is a condo association, quiet time is 10pm.
