check out 10am - check in 2pm to 8pm. You have a private bedroom in the family home - lounge . 1 Queen bedroom and/bathroom/toilet(Occasionally shared with other guests) There is seating on porch for your to use. Tea/coffee area set up in the kitchen use. Any other cooking to be completed before 8.30pm - no food or drink to be consumed in bed room or lounge. Kitchen seating is available. My living area is separate from the area for your use and is situated at the rear of the premises. The space The house is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, hotels and parks Clarence Reginal Art Gallery, Clarence Historical House Museum, Coles and the main Street of Grafton. You can even go for a picnic or a stroll along the banks of mighty Clarence river. Jacaranda City has lots to explore if you have the time. Guest access All allocated areas plus front porch with a lovely garden outlook. Great place to sit and enjoy a wine and smell the roses. Feel free to use the kitchen to prepare a meal or just sit back and enjoy TV/DVD in your private lounge room. Food is not allowed in the lounge or bedroom areas. During your stay I am always available. There is a folder with information to help you around Grafton. And Im more than happy to share some social time as well. Other things to note Please take the time to read the information booklet left in your room. Surrounding areas such as Yamba, Wolli and Woolgoolga .
