We offer 4 bedrooms, (one of the bedrooms (bedroom 4), is located outside in the backyard area, this unique and hard to find floor plan allows 1 or 2 of the guests to experience a private, yet close room, away from the main house. This room has 1 queen bed and a sink & toilet for your privacy). There is also a jacuzzi, weight room, and sauna. After using the Jacuzzi, turn it off by hitting the “jet” button one time. You will see the jets going off and hear the motor stop. Once the Jacuzzi is powered off return the lid to its original position. Guest access Full house Other things to note There are 2 security cameras that will be on at all times, and will record when motion is detected. The first camera in located on the front of the house near the roof area, viewing the driveway, the 2nd camera is the front door's Ring doorbell , and the 3rd camera is located in the backyard near the roof area, viewing the back's common area. At no time will there be cameras on the inside of the property as to respect our Guest's privacy. There is one room in the Property that will be locked at all times, and is for use by the cleaning staff only. **EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT** We appreciate your interest in our accommodations and want to ensure a seamless experience during your stay. Please note that, due to our cleaning staff needing time to prepare for the next booking, early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible. To alleviate any inconvenience, we recommend booking an additional night if your travel plans involve arriving early or departing late. For instance, if your flight departs at 6 PM and our standard check-out time is 10 AM, booking an extra night will provide the flexibility you need. If you're arriving earlier than our 3 PM check-in time, reserving the night before ensures you can settle in at your convenience.
