Around 5 minutes to a local shopping centre (including Coles and a local Pub -Tavern) and a 10 minute drive to Tuggerah Westfields. Bedding configuration: Bedroom 1: 1x Queen bed. Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed. Bedroom 3: 1x Double bed and 2x Single beds. One towel per person and linen provided. NO additional guests other than those approved to stay at the property. Spa is NOT to be used between 8pm and 8am. Any breach of these regulations may lead to immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Children must be supervised at all times as access to the lake has no safety fence. Your rental includes a general clean however if there is excess cleaning we will charge extra. You may be required to take the bins in and out if your stay falls on collection day.
