Le Grand Duc, Gîte le Circaète

Welcome to the Grand Duc, Bed and Breakfast in Cévennes. Ideally located 5 minutes from the small village of Barre des Cévennes, steeped in history (Romanesque Church, Camisards War, Menhir, Dolmen, Roche au Fées, etc.) and 15 minutes from Florac, we are both in the middle of nature and close to amenities. We welcome you to our rare fortified farm in Cévennes, surrounded by the forest (Cévennes National Park). So don't hesitate. Now a northern bath and accessible. Guest access N.B.: At our place, check-ins are self check-ins, as this is what most guests prefer. We will therefore not always be present upon arrival. On the other hand, we can welcome you if you request it and if your arrival is within a time slot that allows our presence. Other things to note Please note that cleaning is not included, so we will ask you to return the apartment in a state of cleanliness equal to the one in which you found it on arrival. Everything you need is in the apartment for you to do it yourself (vacuum cleaner, broom, shovel, washing seal, cleaning product etc...). Please also leave the sheets and ball towels in the bathroom. However, if you do not wish to carry out the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, we can do it for you at a cost of €60 (to be paid to us before you leave). The Nordic bath is accessible to children aged 12 and over. The first session is free, and subsequent sessions cost €30 each. Bookings for the Nordic bath are made at least 24 hours in advance.
