The accommodation is located on the FIRST FLOOR of a villa surrounded by greenery called “Il Castellaccio”, which owes its name to its proximity to the ruins of the old castle that belonged to the Uberti family. The house enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and is ideal for a relaxing vacation for families or groups of friends, with the possibility of visiting art cities and enjoying the beautiful landscapes of Chianti, as well as the food and wine specialties of the area. The space The apartment of about 200 sqm has 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower accessed from the hallway, a large and bright living room with wooden beams, fireplace and a long dining table, a small perfectly equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots and dishes), living room with sofa and television and an outdoor laundry area. For groups of 7 or 8 people, we will add one or two beds in the living room, so the seventh and eighth people will not have their own room. You can park your cars in the driveway.
