When you enter the house the first thing you see is the massive wall of French doors that also display those million-dollar view, its impressive. Next you notice the sophisticated Living and dining area, bar and “Steinway Baby Grand Piano”. The Sapphire is elegant yet relaxed with blue velvet sofa & chairs and other radiant Oriental and California cool touches. The Chef kitchen is extra-large and connects with a sizable entertainment family room, so everyone stays together. The Bedrooms 4 are all spacious and each has its own ensuite bathroom and view. Outdoor- The amazing pool and spa are the center piece of the serene private and gated courtyard. Enjoy freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice from your private garden grove and pluck some fragrant roses for the table. There’re a few poolside loungers an outdoor sofa set up and a gas BBQ. Again, that big sweeping front veranda for your morning coffee nestled in one of the Adirondack chairs is pretty much Bliss…Some guests know about Ojai famous daily “Pink Moment Mountain Spectacular” well yep you have a view of that too! Nature lovers you may see a family of deer may prance by! NOTE: If you need an office the 4th bedroom is an office /bedroom so make it what you need Guest access We have a garage you may use and good parking 4 cars easy Other things to note Pool heat is extra we have a daily and monthly cost that flexes according to weather / seasons Pets are on a base by base we would love to hear about having your good pet ! We do have a $500 per fee per pet
