This self contained guest suit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A home away from home. Located in safe and quiet suburb of Brisbane North West. The space You will feel like home in this contemporary and stylish unit. This suite is fully furnished and with well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful outdoors seating area facing a local park where you will find peace and relax. Guest access You will be entering our place through a side gate (on your left facing the property), following the pebbles pathway until the end and on your right leading into the guest suite. There is a safe lock with code to access the keys for the unit located on the wooden fence at the entrance guest. Code will be given once booking is confirmed. Please watch your steps when going in and out the house. There are sensor lights in place but they may take a while sometimes to activate. Please do not park in the driveway. There is plenty of street parking as we live in a quiet and safe road in Everton Hills Other things to note Please do bot park in the driveway. You can park your car parallel to the road (halfway on the grass) just in front of the unit entrance gate. Please let us know if you would like us to leave the sofa single bed prepared for you before your arrival. Please make sure you read and agree to the house rules. Please keep in mind that we live upstairs so you may experience to hear steps from above as we have wooden floor upstairs. These sort of noises are inevitable due to the structure of the house.
