Description
Unique and warm century-old house located in the heart of the Eastern Townships, close to all services and sports and cultural activities. This charming house, renovated with great taste, offers all the amenities to accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The high ceilings and spacious living environment provide all the space required for a pleasant stay. We are located close to the lake, walking and cycling trails and 8 minutes from Bromont ski resort CITQ 30496 The space The house is more than a century old but offers all amenities with 2 full bathrooms, washer-dryer, air conditioning and 3 bedrooms with queen bed. There is a very large living room on the ground floor with fireplace, very well equipped kitchen, dining room and bathroom. We have a Nespresso machine, Breville espresso, filter coffee maker and plunger. The kitchen is extremely complete with raclette, fondue, mixer, crock pot, basic condiments. The bedrooms are all upstairs as well as the large bathroom, dryer and washing machine. Four-legged companions are welcome except cats due to allergies. The house is close to a public beach and downhill for boat. There is a coffee shop one minute from the cottage for coffee. Guest access You have private access to the whole house. The entrance that gives access to the house from the public path is a path shared with 2 other houses. ***This path must be kept clear behind the house at all times***. We require that the person making the reservation be the same person who lives in the place and that they have only received 5* reviews. The house is 3.5 km from exit 90 of Highway 10. Pay attention to your right the entrance is on the exit of the curve on your right. Other things to note Bring your own chairs and beach towels. IMPORTANT ****THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our cottage: 1- NO PARTIES WILL BE ALLOWED Having the right neighbor as a priority, we recommend that the people who rent the property do no activity that could disturb the neighbors. Immediate deportation and a fine will apply if applicable. 2- 25 + YEARS OLD Visitors must be aged 25 years and older. A perfect 5-STAR review history on Airbnb is REQUIRED. 3- Those traveling with a dog must keep it on the property at all times and not leave the animal unattended in the house. Fees may be claimed if we find damage, urine or uncollected defecation. 4- The house is on a road that is busy depending on the time and day of the week but the house remains very quiet and comfortable. 5- **** It is highly recommended to have a vehicle with winter tires and/or AWD traction to access the chalet during the winter period. 6- Bring your bathing items (towels, shampoo and soaps). Shower towels can be provided exceptionally upon request. 7- The indoor gas fireplace is closed from May 1st to October 1st 8- Coffee is not provided as we offer different types of coffee makers with different grinds.
