Our spacious and dog-friendly 2nd floor apartment is in our 1910 heritage home. Beautiful views from front sunroom, large front porch and small back veranda overlooking a charming garden area and wooded hill. Full kitchen, fridge, stove, coffee maker, etc. 2 Bedrooms, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom. Short 5 minute walk to Cleveland's stunning Edgewater Park, Beach and new multi-million dollar Beach House/Bar/Food. Bike and walking paths and the best bay view of Downtown Cleveland. The space Views! This is the 2nd-floor apartment of our home with wonderful views from front and back porch balconies. Beautiful art throughout the apartment. Very spacious. Multiple lounging spaces for gathering 4-5 people. 7 minutes to Downtown Cleveland by car. 2-minute walk to major bus line. Bus to Downtown Cleveland is a short ten minutes. Rapid transit station with access to the airport and major Cleveland neighborhoods is approx. a 10 minute walk. There is a train that runs occasionally on the other side of the forested hill behind our backyard. In seven years of hundreds of guests with Airbnb and VRBO we have had only two people even mention it as a negative. If you are super sensitive to noise like this or have an anxiety disorder that might be triggered by the train, then you may want to look elsewhere. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upper floor, 7 rooms! Including spacious front balcony. Other things to note Small to medium-sized dogs (30 lbs. or less) welcome. No cats allowed. Pet policies (if applicable) sent at time of inquiry and booking, as well as prior to check-in.
