Split heater for warmth or cool in this well insulated space. Great WiFi and 1 block from a deli serving hot breakfasts etc. Over the hill in Fairfax is the famous Good Earth food store. Great drives to Point Reyes and Golden Gate Bridge. A great base for exploring the area. The space This renovated cottage consists of a BR containing a double bed and a single bed, a full kitchen with an array of appliances and sit down dining area. Adjoining bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower. Your own unrestricted parking place, excellent WiFi, spacious community garden in front of the cottage, choice of bikes to ride, very close to deli, post office, Dickson Horse Ranch and Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Sadly no pets - I adore them but they have caused some damage over time. Guest access Completely self-contained with private entrance. Unrestricted designated parking right outside. Communal garden opposite, deli and post office and bus stop one block away. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are priced per guest.
