Located in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking the infinity pool in the pine groves of the Garraf. Hike to the sea through the nature reserve next to the house. From the open living, dining and cooking area you have direct pool view. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, which can also be set up separately as 4 single beds. The bathroom has a floor-level shower and, like the separate guest toilet, is equipped with natural stone. The kitchen contains all kitchen utensils, a ceramic stovetop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Central underfloor heating is available throughout the house, as well as air conditioning. Thanks to good insulation with triple glazing, it is pleasantly warm in winter and cool in summer. The house is supplied with climate-neutral solar power from the roof. Guest access The house can be reached in about 30 minutes by car / taxi from Barcelona Airport (BCN). By bus / train the journey takes about 45 minutes. Separate access with your own code. Private covered carport directly under the terrace of the house. Access to the house via an open staircase with natural stone. Inside the house there are no stairs; all rooms are on one level (bungalow). In the neighborhood, there are more parking spaces along the curb. A playground, small fitness area, pizzeria and hotel bar are within walking distance. Supermarkets, bakery, wine bar, etc. are within walking distance in 15 minutes. The airport bus stop is also 15 minutes away (1.3 km away). The stop for the bus to Sitges, Sant Pere de Ribes or Vilanova is 700 m away.
