Located across the street from the beloved North Bay Beach, our two cottages are a hidden gem - the perfect hideaway to enjoy everything that Ingonish and the surrounding Cabot Trail area has to offer. Our well appointed Cottage B offers everything you could want for the perfect stay: air conditioning for those sweltering summer days, washer dryer, toiletries and bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen, large deck with patio furniture, tv and wifi. The space Our space is perfect for small families, or couples. Ask us about renting both cottages together and have the entire property to yourselves to make unforgettable Ingonish memories! Discounts offered for longer stays. The best part of Sunflower Brook is the property itself. Our two acres of land are there for you to enjoy. Take a short stroll down the path to the brook, sit on the bank and cool your feet on those sunny afternoons. Relax by the fire pit at night and listen to the waves crashing on nearby North Bay Beach, located right across the street (5 min walk). There are two cottages located on the property, Cottage A and Cottage B. Each cottage sleeps a max of 4 adults with one queen bed and one queen pullout couch. Each cottage has its own furnished deck. Guest access Fire pit, brook, and woods are common areas shared between both cottages. Cottage B has the much larger deck (pictured with string lights) and larger bedroom. Our driveway is shared with one other house, our neighbours. We encourage you to enjoy our property while being respectful of noise levels, especially at night. No parties or large groups allowed.
