We are away from the hustle & bustle in the Algonquin Park area and are casual and welcoming hosts The space Our park like lot is almost a half acre and is in the heart of the Algonquin Park area of North Kildonan with Bunns Creek nature trails and the Gateway Recreation Center within a minutes walk. We are close to the intersection of Hwy 59 and the Perimeter Hwy making the lower interlake region, the East beaches, Birds Hill Prov Park, outback recreation areas, Spring Hill Park and our Winnipeg Museums & Districts all within minutes by vehicle. Our recently renovated, open floorplan, split entry raised bungalow, with a deel burgundy front door to guest house and separate entrance for the in-law suite beside garage. It has a bright and fully finished basement giving the guest home 2300 sqft of finished space with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large kitchen, open living and dining areas. The basement features a bright and open rec room with 60" tv, Yamaha & Sony audio, a foosball table, a large wet bar with fridge & microwave and a large laundry room with folding table and a industrial singer sewing machine. Exiting to the back yard is through the rear mudroom of the guest home and where there is a fire rated exterior door that leads into our ground level self contained in-law suite, with separate HVAC system, the other exterior door leads to the guest home's 420 sqft patio that offers complete privacy, it has a large BBQ and a dining set with room for loungers or hammocks. The yard and patio is shaded & sunny throughout the day due to a variety of old growth trees around the property line with a large opening in the middle of the yard making back yard fires safe and yard games very enjoyable. The driveway is long & large enough with our house being set back from street to accommodate a guest vehicle. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy all spaces in and outside the guest house with exception of the locked utilities room inside and on the outside, the small patio behind in-law suite, the locked driveshed and garage. That's it! Enjoy the large private front yard along with side and rear yards with plenty of room to play or relax on the private guest house patio.
