Charming apartment on the artistic left bank, right by the Luxembourg garden. Arrive by direct trains from CDG airport or Gare du Nord station. Take a bath in the tub. Have a good night's sleep in the comfy bed. Enjoy a sunny breakfast by the bay window. Spend the day leisurely strolling around Paris. Come home at dusk, to serenade him/her on the piano, or simply spin a vinyl--just like how I live in this breathtaking city. The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator access and includes a spacious double bedroom, a charming living room with a comfortable convertible sofa bed for guests, a music corner with a piano (also perfect for laying out a yoga mat), a sunlit dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate toilet. The flat amenities include: -Free High Speed wireless Internet in all rooms -A modern fully loaded kitchen with a washing machine -One bathroom with bathtub -Toiletries: hairdryer, soap and shampoo -Towels and bed linens are provided -Kettle and a selection of tea, coffee & sugar (courtesy of us) Guest access Secure gated building with access code & interphone. Badge-activated elevator. Please pick up the keys from the letter box and enjoy the whole place all for yourselves! During your stay I'll be away for the vacation so I won't be there to meet you. Good news is that you’ll have the whole place to yourselves! I'll be available for tips & troubleshoot over the phone or internet during your entire stay. Other things to note Guests are kindly requested to contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to confirm check-in details. Regular check-in timings: 15.00-22.00 and check-out: 08.00-12.00. Early and late arrival or departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability. Apartment is non-smoking. Sorry but no pets are allowed. Paid parking area on the street which are free over the weekends.
