Bright and cozy bedroom! Driveway parking onsite, separated space via privacy wall. Queen bed with ample pillows and blankets, fresh linen and towels. Candles and twinkle lights to add to the cozy factor. Room provided with a mini fridge, keurig with pods and a Smart TV with Antenna for local channels to utilize to relax! The space Self check in with late night check in ok! Private front door entrance with a privacy wall separating your designated space from the rest of the house. Individual lock for your rooms privacy with key provided for use when renting. Guest access Only the listed bedroom, bedroom closet in the room and listed bathroom are the only accessible places for guests. The front porch and front door will be the only entrance and exit point for you. The left side of the driveway is available for one vehicle, with no trailer or additional vehicles to be left in the space for any additional time longer than your rental agreement through the app. You are not permitted to access the garage or use the front porch for additional storage or lounging. When in the home, all other doors on that half the house will be locked and are not accessible. But still please respect our privacy, as you are not allowed on our side of the privacy fence as (hallways, living room, kitchen, garage, back yard, laundry room, master bedroom) are all off limits. Thank you. During your stay We are happy to interact, or happy to leave you be! We will keep the animals away as much as possible unless requested, if not don’t worry you will be blocked off via privacy wall and we will do our best to retreat to the main bedroom with the dogs to keep it as quiet as possible for you. However, they are also dogs and will bark on arrival and leaving- sorry about that- they just want to say hello because they love people. We do have indoor, motion sensing cameras on our side of the privacy fence to monitor the dogs. This is pointing only towards the dinner room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. We typically only book the space on when we are present in the home, to be with the dogs to maintain quietness at our best. We are always available through a text. We live in the home and prefer a text or a call for any needs we can help accommodate due to work schedules. We are also happy to recommend any local activities or places to visit. Other things to note We have an 11 year old cat in the home that has free range, but is not welcome in the guest space for allergy purposes. We also have a 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs (one 4 year old and two 1.5 year olds) who will be suspicious of you and your noises, so barking will only be heard during those times if you enter or leaving the house. They are very friendly and just wants to say hello and love you. They will be separated from you via privacy wall unless requested to meet, but ultimately, this is their home and they would love to love you in it, but will remain separate and in other spaces. We have clear boundaries for them and the cat not to enter your designated guest space.
