Modern cosy family friendly house in Reykjavik

Our house is located in one of Reykjavik suburbs, only 11 km away from Reykjavik city center / church Hallgrimskirkja . Bus stops only few meters away from our house and takes you downtown. We are also close to the route one that takes you to the main attractions in Iceland, the Golden Circle, Drive to Vik etc. Our neighbourhood is quiet and very family friendly, local swimming pool is close by, nice walking/running paths in the Icelandic Nature in Elliðaárdalur, Heiðmörk and around lake Rauðavatn. Árbæjarsafn open air museum is also close by. If you are into Golfing then this is the right place ! Golf Club GR is in walking distance from our house, it's one of the best golf courses in Reykjavik, they have big practice area also called Básar. Our house is on one floor, we have two bathrooms, one with toilet, bath and shower and the other with toilet, 4 bedrooms, the Master bedroom with King size bed ( 180x200cm ), then the second bedroom with one single bed (120x200 cm ) bed, third bedroom with 120x200 cm bed, and the fourth bedroom with single bed ( 90x200 cm ). Then we can add extra single bed if needed. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have BBQ grill outside in our garden. Outside we have new hot tub ( not jazzuci ) - nice outdoor seating area and trampoline for the kids. We have baby crib and high chair for your children. We provide linen, towels and soap etc We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik.
