The upper floor of the villa has a separate double unit with a private entrance, and there is a shared patio at the house entrance. The upper unit is usually occupied by other guests, typically couples. You may occasionally see the other guests, but the lower house and garden are for your private use only, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and maximum comfort during your stay.
