The space This apartment sits on a property that includes a six-well dock that has a swim ladder, fish sink and a picnic area. Lakeside there is a fire pit and sand horseshoe pit. There is another picnic area with a picnic table and gas/charcoal grill that is in a shady spot. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property that includes a 6-well dock with a swim ladder, fish sink, picnic table and bar and barstools. There is a lakeside fire pit and sand horseshoe pit that all guests are welcome to use. There is a laundry facility with a washer and dryer that takes quarters, $2 per load. The property is the first one on the “Loop”, which makes a nice 1.5 mile walk that includes two steep inclines. There is boat ramp on the property that can be used for small boats and wave runners (8 ft. wide). You will need to take the ramp which is steep or the stairs to get to the lakefront. The driveway and parking is mostly gravel. Other things to note Parking for this unit is to the right of the laundry building. Guests should park in their assigned spot and be courteous to others staying on the property by parking appropriately.
