Lakefront cozy unit with amazing views.

This cozy one-bedroom charmer, part of a lake front 4-plex built in 1959 will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay. You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater. The space This 4-plex sits on a property that includes a six-well dock that has a swim ladder, fish sink and a picnic area. Lakeside there is a fire pit and sand horseshoe pit. There is another picnic area with a picnic table and gas/charcoal grill that is in a shady spot. Laundry room is temporarily closed due to repairs and maintenance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property that includes a 6-well dock with a swim ladder, fish sink, picnic table and bar and barstools. There is a lakeside fire pit and sand horseshoe pit that all guests are welcome to use. There is a laundry facility with a washer and dryer that takes quarters, $2 per load. The property is the first one on the “Loop”, which makes a nice 1.5 mile walk that includes two steep inclines. There is boat ramp on the property that can be used for small boats and wave runners (8 ft. wide). You will need to take the ramp which is steep or the stairs to get to the lakefront. Other things to note Assigned parking is to the right of the laundry building, you will see a sign indicating ‘Camp Chatham Parking’. For ease of use enter driveway ‘Isle View’ and exit driveway ‘Bella Vista’.
